I went ahead and made this card with the sweet little Jelly Bean from Whimsy Stamps, I thought he was perfect for a baby card, and this one could be used mutual, Boy or Girl! My sentiment is also from Whimsy Stamps, but these are Digi sentiments. I love the fact that these are ready to print and you don't have to deal with inking them
up.

My paper, I have had this paper stack for a LOOOOG time, this is the DCWV the Nursery pack, I think I need to use these up and I have a lot of these.

Hello I have something fun to share with you, I am part of the Creative Inspirations Challenge Blog. This is a weekly Challenge Blog, with great prizes each week.

Hello this week at Totally Gorjuss our Challenge theme is "Be A Star", with a great prize to the winner, check out the TG Challenge Blog for all the details!

Right away my Cheerleader Tilda came to mind, I inked her up and colored her with Distress Re Inkers. After I was done coloring her and when I was trying to put her together on my card, nothing worked for me. I don't like her posture, I think she would have been better both legs down just holding her pom poms.

Struggled a bit but card is finally done, Not too happy with my results but don't have time to build a new one. Has this ever happened to you when you are not happy with the results of a card, it just doesn't look right. Maybe it is not my image but the layout of my card, don't know??

My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, These Retro Bottle Cap sentiments are really fun to use and I also used the Bottle Cap Die for a perfect crisp cut!

Hello thanks for peeking in, I have Christmas Lay Out I made for the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine #5 that was released in December. Well I know we are not in the Christmas season anymore but I wanted to share this. My Christmas Papers are from Maja Design, This is Gammaldags Jul, I love the Green and red combination not too bright with a Vintage look.I wonder if these will be made in a 6x6 paper pad?

I also have a tutorial on how to make your own Resin Look alike embellishments like the one I used here on top of the page. They are really pricey and I will show you how you can make your own. It's all on the Whimsy Magazine, HERE..

This is my Daughter Priscilla and this was Christmas 2010, I am Sooo behind on my Scrapbook Pages, this is what I used to do every free time I had.

I took lots of pictures of different little corners of my Lay Out. I love the little Gold centers on my flat flowers.

I added this Whimsy Stamps Sentiment which goes perfect with my Layout.

The Fun Ornaments are also from Whimsy Stamps.

The other side has these too.

This is the Full Closeup of the Resin Look Embellishment I made.

I made this cute butterfly out of flowers petals, I should have a tutorial for this one too pretty soon. These are so fun to make and so inexpensive. Most of the Materials we have them in our Craft Stash.

I love adding ribbon to these cute Jeweled Pins, they get a totally different look, if you make these yourself add some ribbon in between the jewels and you get this look.

My New Ventures

Hello friends thanks for peeking in, just a quick post to let you know what I have been up to lately.

My New Years resolution was to 1. Loose weight 2. Learn Needle work. Well I am off to a great start I have been watching what I eat, I eat more Salads and protein, Lots of water and very little or no Carbs (I love Carbs), I don't eat anything past 7:00 pm, If for any reason I am hungry past this time, I drink a Small glass of 2% Milk and Tada!!!

I love Crochet Work, Hand Made Scarfs, and basically anything you make with yarn. I have no idea how to hold a needle, but I will learn. I love the Fun colors of yarn and I could stare at them for a long time, wish men luck please :)!!

On a different note my Kids got a Puppy, Yay their own German Shepherd. Meet ODA, she is 5 weeks today, My brother owns the Mom and Dad and he gave my kids this cute little female puppy. My kids are so excited and this will help them keep busy and get off the video games and TV.

Hello friends today I am sharing this card I recently made using the Hanglar image from a past kit. It's been quite some time since I last purchased these stamps, I wonder what will be new for this year?

I used the Blue tones and mixed in a bit of beige tones to stable my colors. My papers are from Maja Design, a really fun, fresh floral print,Lantliv goes well with the flower this sweet girl is holding :)!

Hello a quick post today to share this cute card that I made for the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine issue #5. If you still haven't seen it, grab yourself a cup of tea and get ready for lots of inspiration.

This cutie is called Wee Florist and it's from Whimsy Stamps, have I mentioned how I love these cute Wee Images??

I stitched all around my main paper with the zig zag stitch, Glitter and twinklets on my flowers and the striped ribbon this time.

My vines die is also from Whimsy Stamps, this Vines Die Set can be used all year round.

Hello friends I wish you all a very Happy New Year 2012 with lots of Health and creative ideas, I hope you accomplish your New Years resolutions :)!!!!

I want to share the first card of this year, it's a winter card because we are officially still in winter season here in California, even though it's been in the top 70's, we have not seen winter this year really.

My card was made using the image Let it Snow from wee stamps from Whimsy stamps, I really like these stamps, I love the little girls facial features!

Our challenge this month is "Happy" I used this Edwin wants a Hug from a past collection, this is the first time this little guy sees ink. I colored him with Distress ReInkers,

. I added a few flowers dipped in Twinklets for a frosted look.

Good morning everyone did you have a wonderful Christmas day? My kids had a blast opening gifts, Camila got a bike and she loved it. we couldn't take her off of it lol!!

So I have a card to share with you using a stamp from Maja Design's New Vintage Winter Stamps, this is Ella. I love her coat and her cute little shoes. Ella was colored with Copic Markers, I added some snow Tex on several areas of the card.

For Someone Special

Hello it's time for our Totally Gorjuss Challenge, this week we want to see your to Someone Special cards/projects. Please visit the TG Blog for all the details!!

I wanted to make something other than a card, I made this treat box that you can fill with anything you want, Cookies, candy maybe a scarf this will be on my
emergency shelf for those last minute Christmas gifts.

I used the image Halo Tilda, I colored her with Copics.

I have several pictures of the box from different angles.

The papers I used are from the New Vintage Winter Collection from Maja Design made in Sweden. Did you see the snowflakes stamped all over the box? These are also from Maja Design's New Winter Stamps.

The Country heart die is from Whimsy Stamps, this one is new, I stamped Music Notes also from Whimsy and just ran my die thru my cuttlebug for a nice look.

The tags slide out off the right hand corner, these are from Maja Design, and they come in the 6x6 paper pad too, what a deal!!

Hello thanks for peeking in, I have some home made Christmas Gifts and I still need a few more. Time is near and I have to get all my little gifts in the mail.

I want to share this Book Card I made a few days ago, this was my first attempt and I really like the way it came out. I had seen these all around Blog land but I finally took the Plunge.

There was a lot to decorate to make this Book card extra special. I used some shabby Crinkled Ribbon, I have some for Sale at my Etsy Shop it's perfect for your upcoming Valentines Projects!

Lots of pictures so please stay with me. I also added lots of Snow Tex for a frosty look. The inside Script is also from Maja Design's New Vintage Winter Line of Stamps.

I used the Snow Man Image from the New Winter Stamps Collection from Maja Design, I love the cute little bird box, I added some Crackle Glaze for an aged look.

The papers are from Maja Design New Vintage Winter Collection, It Hurt to cut thru these.

The Back cover of the Book Card, notice the beautiful border Stamp at the bottom also from Maja Design.

Winter Fairy Book Box

Hello I hope you are doing good, I want to share a project I did for the Whimsy Inspirations Magazine Issue #4. I have a full tutorial on how to make this Book Box Check out the Magazine HERE, and I hope you can make one and let me know of you tried to make one.

I have several pictures of different points of this book, I used Snow Tex all over the corners to resemble snow, I got it at Michael's.

I used the Wee Image from Whimsy Stamps called Winter Fairy, she's available right now, I love this image with this cute little birdie, I colored my image with Distress Re inkers.

My papers are from Maja Design, these are a past Winter Collection, Still I love the Cold Blue and White tones.

The Sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, I love these Winter Letter Seals!!

I also used the Vines Die Set to sit my flowers on after I gave them the Glitter treatment.

The Snowflake Die is also from Whimsy, by the way did you see the New Ones?? Check them out HERE!

This is how it looks when you open the book, I filled it up with Peppermints, the vintage key was smothered with Crackle paint.

A closeup on the bottom of the box, notice I used the Stamp Music Notes from Whimsy, If you don't have this stamp it is a must have for your stamp stash!

Here's my take on the sketch, I used this sweet Tilda from the New Collection, was this a Christmas image Or a Valentine? Well I turned it into a Christmas card. I colored it with Copics. I used the New Vintage Winter Papers from Maja Design, Speaking Of Maja Design I have some extra Goodies that I will have up as Blog Candy hopefully by Monday so stay tuned.

My sentiment is from the New Stamp Collection from Maja Design, I love the Script Style and did you see the cute little paper stamp on the side of my image? It's also from Maja Design. Hello I have a new card to share with you, it's time for me to share my card on Sundays With Crissy Challenge Blog. This month our theme is Make a Christmas card with non-traditional colors.

This is my take on the Challenge, I love using this turquoise on a lot of my Christmas cards and this one was no exception. This Stamp is available at Whimsy Stamps, it's called Santas Midnight Snack and it makes wonderful Christmas Cards especially for the kids! My card is perfect for mailing, it's not bulky. I dont tend to make flat cards unless I know it will be mailed out.

Hello Friends Happy Thanksgiving for those that celebrate it. We are gathering at my Grandmothers house for Dinner tonight, good thing I am not cooking the main dish.

Hello I have another card to share with you, this is Wee Suzy and she is available at Whimsy Stamps or if you are in Canada available at OCS.

Suzy was colored with Distress Re Inkers, I used very light shades of color. This card was also in the Whimsy Magazine. The Vines Die Set is also from Whimsy Stamps, I love how this vine looks by my image.

Hello Friends it's time to share my card for Sundays With Crissy Challenge Blog!! This Month our theme is Thanks/Thanksgiving.

My image is called Autumn Harvest Ride, It's a Digi available at Whimsy Stamps and ofcourse it's by the SUPER talented Crissy Armstrong!! I colored my image with my Prisma Colored Pencils, I have to admit this is one of my top images to color!

My sentiment is also from Whimsy Stamps, these are also in Digi Form, I love the Spanish wording, there's not too many Spanish Sentiments out there and this one worked perfect for me!! My paper is from Maja Design, these are the Skogspromenad Love this pattern and a perfect match for my gorgeous image!!

Hello Friends I have a quick post today to share two cards I made with the New October Release Stamp Sets from Marks Finest Papers.

This top one is from the set called Cardinals In Winter, I love making this size cards for really easy mailing and they don't need to many embellishments. The sentiment is also included in this set.

Last month I found these little Frames at my Local Michaels Craft store and my daughter said "Mom imagine if you colored something and put it in this tiny frame" So I did, the Mini Magnolia images are a perfect fit. For my first creation I decided on a cute gift box, I really like this cute cardinals set, I decorated the top of my box with pretty flowers dipped in twinklets. My image was colored on Kraft Card stock with colored pencils.

It is White and it measures approximately 14x14 inches from the longest point. This would make a perfect background for all your cards/Projects. Hello I have been trying to post this Scrapbook Layout that I made back in August for the Whimsy Inspirations August Edition. If you missed it HERE's the Link, you will find lots of inspiration from the Whimsy DT and a few cards from Customers too. Well just one thing or another gets in the way. Well Summer is for sure over, we had some lite rain yesterday and today it has picked up a bit stronger.

This is my son which he is 7 now, this was taken 2 summers ago in Malibu, California. I am really behind on my Scrap booking pages, I feel guilty because I have neglected my Lay Outs for quite some time now. But I am picking up again and I found that I can use many of the Stamps I use for Cards/projects on my Lay outs and this works out great for me!

Here I used Surfer Dude from Whimsy Stamps By Kenny K and also Summer Letter Seals. You can find all your Favorite Whimsy products at OCS in Canada or here in the USA at Whimsy Stamps.My papers are by Maja Design, these are the 12x12 pages which are also available in 6x6 paper pads, HERE is the whole collection for this line, I love all the Blues.

Well I decided on this image from In2Stamps called Moon Girl available for purchase at the online store. Moon Girl was colored with Copics. I added lots of glitter to the moon, you know a girls gotta have some sparkle lol!!

Hello happy Sunday everyone, I have a couple cards to share today using the stamps from Marks Finest papers. These two stamps are in the set Autumn Glory which was released this month.

This first card was colored with Colored pencils on Craft Card Stock I get mines at MFP too, I really enjoyed this type of coloring especially because my Pencils were a bit neglected.

This second card was also colored with Pencils on Kraft Card Stock, I aimed for a simple card yet I loved the look with the different tones of card stock and some eyelets on the corners, these have been neglected too.

I embossed this Spooky image with Speedy the Cat's Detailed Embossing powder in Black. I really like the texture and the look of this card.

I made this matching candy box with card, using this cute Ghost image. Like yesterdays image I colored this one with Prisma Colored Pencils on kraft Card Stock. I really like the way the white pops out, something that is a bit tricky with Copics and Distress Inks.

I used the Leave image to create this Box. I filled it with my Sons Favorite candies. I usually buy these around November. I colored my image with my Prisma Colored Pencils on Craft Card stock. I had been wanting to try this method out and finally got around to it!

Hello Happy Sunday everyone, we have a new Challenge going on at Totally Gorjuss. This week our challenge is round and round. We want to see something round on your card!

I am sharing this card I made for Stamp Enjoy. I have a tutorial HERE on shaker cards. I had a lot of fun making this fun summery card. I used the stamp from Stamp Enjoy Liam Plage, Love this little guy playing on the sand. You could see the micro beads that I filled my card with.

My paper are from Maja Design made in Sweden, they really go well with this image. The sommartider papers are perfect for this summer season for all your summer crafts! I even made a box envelope for bulky cards.

Hello I have something cute I made a couple days ago for my friend Rea. This is a matchbox that I altered. I always like to light up scented candles so I always have matches on hand.

I colored Tilda with Distress ReInkers, on watercolor paper. My papers are from Maja Design, these are the Summer line. I didn't add too much to this box, I didn't want to cover up my paper too much, I think you can still see the floral print pretty much.

Just a little bit of stickles on my image and all around the papers with stickles platinum.My flowers are from IamRoses, these got a good load of stickles too!

Do you see the crochet table cover? This was given to me by my 83 year old Grandmother, she is really good with needle work, I have a few other cherished treasures from her that I will share later on with you. Have a great day, I have to get the kids ready for swimming lessons!

Hello are you enjoying you Sunday? I have so much laundry to wash I don't think I will see the bottom of the hampers today! Well I did manage to get a card whipped up to share today. This Hanglar Image I have no idea what she is called, I just identify her as girl with string of hearts!

I colored her with Distress Inks, My papers are from Maja Design, I love these with the rose prints really lovely!! My flowers are from IamRoses,just added a couple I didn't want to cover up these pretty papers!

My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, These Party Mini Letter Seals have stole my heart!! I added platinum stickles all around the edges of my papers for a pretty glittery look!!

Hello there's still time to enter the monthly challenge over at Sundays With Crissy. This month it's Distress. I distressed all the edges of my Design Papers including my image. Then I went over with distress ink for a darker look.

Hello it's my turn to post on the OCS Blog. I want to share this card I made in no time, well the coloring did take me a bit longer to make but the putting together didn't. I colored it with Distress reinkers, I let my card quite flat, no dimensions, no flowers and no ribbon. This is very rare for me to leave a card this plain but I think once in a while its ok!

Hello hope you are enjoying your week, it has been nice and warm here in California, now it feels like summer!

I have something to share with you, this card was made a few days ago with the stamp Ambreen Photo from Stamp Enjoy.Once again I went with the Pink and Chocolate color combo, I love this one reminds me of Strawberries dipped in Chocolate!

I colored my image with Copic Markers, My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, these little Every Day Mini Postage Stamps that I cut with the Mini Postage Die which is currently Out Os Stock but I am sure in no time will be available.

Happy Sunday to all my blog Friends, I have a New card to share with you using this adorable stamp from Stamp Enjoy Kaonee Jardine available at the Online Store. This is one of my favorite little guys, I colored Kaonee with Copic Markers. I distressed my pretty flowers with Crackle paint, got these from IamRoses. The seam Binding was originally white and I dyed it with distress reinkers.

My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, these cute little Everyday Mini Postage Stamps, I have them all stamped out just ready to go on my cards, by the way I used the Mini Postage Stamp Die for a perfect clean cut!

Hello well as many of you know that I am on the Design Team of Maja Design, Design papers made in Sweden. The first time I saw the papers I LOVED them and wanted to get me a bunch! Well I just got my Design Team Packet in the mail (I smile when I see this Brown Package) with the 2 NEW paper lines, "LIFE BY THE SEA" and LIFE IN THE COUNTRY". Marie was kind enough to send me extra listen to this, 6x6 paper pads from the New release to offer up as Blog candy!!!! Hello it's a bit late in the day but it's time for a new Challenge at Totally Gorjuss, this week we want to see your Summer Cards, Yes Summertime is the theme for this weeks challenge.

I decided on this image from Whimsy Stamps by Kenny K, she is called Show Girl. I prettied her up with nice Summery colors and these pretty papers. I colored this pretty lady with Copic Markers, the border punch is from Martha Stewart. Hello I have a new card to share with you using this New stamp from In2Stamps, Daisy with her Puppy. I love how the cute little puppy came out, I colored them with Copic Markers. I went with these puppy themed papers from Basic Grey, the cute little bone charm I got from my friend Jacilynn.

It's a really large image, perfect for all your craft needs!

Finally it's here starting with our very first sneak peek of 14 brand new stamps that will become available by the end of this month. In2Stamps very first new stamp that they're introducing is called "Ashton with swing" illustrated by Anako Art. Look at that pretty dress and her eyes, and ... well she is totally charming and so adorable don't you think?

Hello it's time for a new Challenge over at Totally Gorjuss, this week we have a sketch for you to follow. I love working with Sketches, it just makes it easier for you to build up your card.

I used this cute Liam from Stamp Enjoy, by the way this is the newest release. Did you see the cute harmonica he is playing? I colored him with my good old copics. The tag was made with a die from Whimsy Stamps and I just stamped the Music notes stamp also from Whimsy to decorate the tag. My ticket sentiment is also from Whimsy,these are the Treasured Moments Tickets, I love these tickets!!

Hello it's a new Challenge over a One Crazy Stamper Blog, this month we have a recipe Challenge, 1 image, 2 design papers, 3 embellishments! Easy right?? You have plenty of time to to get your project started and join us on this new challenge for the chance to win $25 gift card to the OCS Shop.

I decided to use Dancing Willow, available at OCS online store. I colored Willow with Distress Reinkers. It had been quite some time since the last time I took these out.My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps and so is the Scallop border die, by the way if you live in Canada these are available at OCS online store or from the USA at Whimsy.

My papers are from Maja Design, love the fun color coordination, I don't have many yellow and blue cards and I really liked this one. My flowers I got at IamRoses, look at the Gardenia (I love it)!! I added platinum Stickles after distressing all of the edges of my papers.

Hello I hope you are enjoying your Summer, it has been really nice here, not too HOT. As long as it stays in the high 70's we are ok. Well I do have a new card to share with you. I made this one between breakfast and lunch, it just seems like I never get out of the kitchen.

I used Ambreen Portable available at Stamp Enjoy. I really enjoyed coloring this pretty girl with her really long hair, I used really deep turquoise on her to kind of match my papers.

Hello today I have a card to share with you using this cute stamp from Whimsy Stamps Newest release called Fairy Daydreams by Crissy Armstrong. The first time I saw this stamp, I knew I had to have her. I just love how she is resting on this flower don't you?

I used the Double Scallop border die also from Whimsy Stamps. Did you know that if you live in the UK you can get all your favorite Whimsy Products from Quixotic Paperie. Elaine has a large selection of stamps and other craft accessories!

My image was colored with Copic Markers, I really wanted to make a plain card and I was very happy with my results! Thanks for swinging by!!

Hello thanks for peeking in, I have a card to share with you using this cute image from C.C. Designs called Sweet Kiki La Rue available at One Crazy Stamper online store. They have everything you need for all your craft needs!

I colored Kiki with my copic markers, OCS has a large variety of Copics at really great prices too. My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps these are the New Summer Letter Seals. I stamped it on Craft Cardstock and I inked the edges for an old look.
