BOO.....

Hello and Welcome to my blog, it has been really nice and sunny a bit cold in the night but it seems like Fall will take a bit to get to us. Are you ready for Halloween?? My younger two are anxious for this Sunday, We don't really take them out but they get all excited just to dress up, this year I don't know what we'll be doing.

I do have a card to share with you, this card left yesterday heading to Chicago where my cousin lives, this cutie is from Hanglar Stanglar. I don't know the name of this stamp but it came in Kit #10. I colored my image with Copic Markers, I really missed my loyal markers. Ever since I started using Distress Inks I neglected my markers, and not to mention my colored pencils lol!!

I decided on an easel card, I wanted to do something different for her. The "BOO" I stamped this myself with just plain alphabet stamps. I did manage to put some glitter here and there. My Pretty flowers are from IamRoses.

Thank you for visiting and as always for your sweet comments!!

Merry Christmas....

Hello and welcome to my blog...Yay it's Sunny here in Southern California, finally the sun peeked thru!!How was your weekend? Mines was a bit relaxing, nothing much going on, the usual cleaning and laundry!

I did manage to get a card done, this card was done using the stamp set Vintage Christmas from Whimsy Stamps by Crissy Armstrong. This set is really complete, you can even make your own Christmas tags, in the following days I will show you something else I have been working on with this stamp set, you can really get a lot done with this set!!

I colored my image with Copic Markers, I decided to make an easel card....Really fun to make. My pretty papers are from S.E.I. I think they are from a few Christmas's ago. I left my card with very little embellishments, the papers are too pretty to cover up.

My sentiment comes in this set, I tell you it is worth purchasing it!! I wish everyone a very good start of the week and thank you for visiting!!

Define Life....

Hello there boy it's been a busy craft week for me, but what can I say I love it!! It relaxes me and I love all the pretty things you can add on projects, it's funny how I am out at any store and I see how I can put this and that on a card, does that happen to you??

Well I have a card to share with you today using a Stamp from Whimsy Stamps, this is NewsPrint Definitions, I stamped my image and cut all around the edge, then I loaded Tattered Angels on it and you can just see how pretty the mist looks on my image, it matches my paper. I left my card rather simple since my image is quite large I didn't want to go overboard.

Halloween Treats.....

Hello and Welcome to my blog, Happy Monday morning I really hope you have a good start of the week. Today I have parent teacher conferences for my youngest kids, this is a good time to sit and chat with the teachers.

I have a cute project I have been working with this weekend, I mass produced these as they always come handy. Lots of pictures so be prepared. I purchased these inexpensive paper bags and I dressed them up.

I colored my images first, then I gathered up some cute Halloween papers and matching embellishments.

The Cute Stamp is Alona Halloween from Stamp Enjoy, she is sooo cute just standing on top of this cute candy. My image was colored with Copic Markers, added some stickles and I love the glittery look!!

My ticket sentiments are from Whimsy Stamps new Halloween Ticket Sentiments, I used different ones on each of my Treat Bags.

I filled up my treat baggies with some of my favorite candies and the cute note pads I made using Junior Pads cut in half, I dresses these up too and they make cute treats, always nice to have these for quick notes or even grocery shopping list!

These treat Baggies are perfect for a teacher, your friend or even your postal carrier, and believe me you will surprise them!!
