Snowflakes are Winters Butterflys

Happy New Year!! I wish you the best for the New Year, Hoping the Year 2011 brings you Joy and Happiness!!

I have a card to share with you thinking about the End of the Year Celebration and not forgetting about winter. I used the Stamped image Alona lutin from Stamp Enjoy, she can also be used for Christmas but I decided on a Winter/celebration card. How cute she look sitting on the present with her cute smile! I colored my image with Copic Markers.

My papers are from Maja Design, the Frojdefull jul collection. How I love these papers, the design is just beautiful! I will find myself working with this collection all year round with all the Holiday Pictures I took hee, hee!! I dabbed a bit of crackle paint all over the edges including the edge of my image, can you tell?

My Sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, the Winter Letter Seals, this one is a sentiment that you can use with the seal or by itself like I did, my space was limited so I went with just the sentiment, plus my papers are gorgeous so I didn't want to cover them too much!

Thank you for peeking in and have a safe celebration!!

Touched By Love

Hello welcome to my Blog it's my turn to post on the Sunday's With Crissy Challenge Blog and this month our challenge is Christmas is Coming or Winter is here. You can see my post HERE!

Crissy has changed a few things up this month in regards to prizes....here's what she had to say:

I'm going to do something a little different for blog candy with this month's challenge! In the spirit of Christmas and giving, I am going to give away one digital image to the first 12 players! AND I am opening up the contest to include EVERYONE (not just for those using one of my images)!! So if you are one of the first twelve players to link up your Christmas/winter card on here, you will get your choice of one of my digital images from either Whimsy or Squigglefly! How fun is that! Now to keep it fair, you must make a card specifically for this challenge. Any cards that are "back-linked" will not qualify. And, if you don't make it in the race for top twelve, you can still have a chance to win at the end of this month. I'll still draw a name (using Random.org) from the participants, and that lucky person will get to choose 2 images of their choice from my collection. So what are you waiting for!! Ready, set, get crafting!!

I used the Digi Image Touched By Love from Whimsy Stamps by Crissy Armstrong. I colored my image with Copic Markers. Made up the Sketch myself, I had made so many Christmas cards that my mind was blank and this worked for me.

You still have a few more days to join us on this months Challenge. Thanks for peeking in have a good day!!
