CELEBRATE HB2U TODAY

Hello it's my turn to host the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Blog and I would love to share this cute image by Elizabeth Bell Called Polka Dot, She's available to purchase from the Whimsy Stamps Store , She was part of the June release, I just love all the Elisabeth Bell images don't you? If you went to CHA and you visited the Whimsy Stamps Booth you might have seen this card along with others I sent with Janette who was fortunate enough to go to CHA and meet Denise and other Designers.
Polka Dot was colored with Distress Reinkers, no stitching on this card. The needle from my sewing machine had split in half. It lasted quite some time, I have never stitched on fabric all paper lol!
A close up on the image, I just love her sweet little face!! My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps the set Simple Sayings Notables 5, this set is part of the July Summer CHA release! Thanks for peeking!

It's Summer Time

Hello I have a New card to share with you using this sweet Stamp that came in my Summer Stamp Kit, I have no idea what this sweetie is called but I sure had fun coloring her up with my Distress Reinkers.
I used UTEE on all the image (I love this stuff I can't believe this was the first time I used it) , placed it in the freezer and bent it here and there to show the cracks, then I rubbed vintage photo to age the look. My Cherry blossoms are from IAMROSES, I love these flowers.
It was a pain to stitch on the the image with the UTEE, I thought my needle was going to break.
I made a little map from vellum, and tied some twine around it to hold it in place.
I used Frantage embossing powder on the cute little dolphin charm, again I mixed some of my old powders together to recreate a New look.
These are the colors I mixed.
I add a bit of each one.Orange, white and a clear chunky one.
I add them in this little plastic container.
I store them in this plastic container I purchased at Michael's, I have extras to mix other colors.
I added this cute tag that pulls out from behind the design paper, I stamped the tag with the stamps from the New Summer Magnolia Kit. I hope you found a bit of inspiration today, Thank you! May Today Be As Special As You Are

Hello I hope you enjoyed your weekend, it was quite short if you ask me but hear goes Monday morning again. I did manage to finish up a card using this sweet Saturated Canary image Lovely I recently purchased. She was colored with Copic Markers, it feels nice to color with my markers again.
I used these papers i recently purchased from my Local Scrapbook Store, don't know if you can see them but my background one has these adorable golden keys printed. My sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, Everyday Circle Postmarks is essential in any crafters stash. I love this set!
A close up on the image, which was fun coloring.
I added embossing powders to the dragonfly, I made my own mixture mixing 3 different colored powders, love the outcome and you can still see the paper in some spots of the dragonfly.
These are the three colors I mixed, Opaque White, Blushing Pink Opaque and Jeweled Gold.
This is my three colors in a small container for future use, try this, I loved the outcome and I have loads of embossing powders that I purchased a long time ago that I can mix and make new colors!
Last an angle shot of the whole card, Thanks for your visit!!

Hello Little Bird

Hello I want to share a card I finished yesterday but all of a sudden it got really gloomy outside and I could not take a picture of my card, since I depend on Mr. Good old sun for my light source I had no choice but wait until today.
This is an older Tilda, but she's one of my all time favorites. I colored her with Distress Re Inkers. Walnut Stain, Antique Linen, Spun sugar, Brushed Corduroy, Worn Lipstick and Black Soot.
I Used the Stampendous Frantage in ivory and rose On my image, corner die cuts and the little nest. I can go on and on with this stuff.
Here is a close up on the birds nest and tags, did you see the cute little charm? She got away with no frantage lol!!
Thanks for peeking and enjoy your day!! Challenges: Crafts and Me- Anything Goes Divas By Design-Charm Penny's Paper Crafty-Pink

Hugs Your Way

Hello and thanks for visiting my blog, I have a Tilda card to share with you of this older Tilda, love her peachy cuteness. I don't think I have ever inked her up.
I colored her with distress re-inkers.
