I used the Stamp "Here I Come" from In2Stamps from the Baby Collection. My 5 year old asked me "Mommy what color was the balloon I came in" and that left me thinking lol! So this is a perfect Welcome Baby card. My image was colored with copics. Thanks for stopping by!
