Well I have a card to share with you using the stamp Lady Petronella from In2Stamps... I love her dress and her umbrella...My image was colored with Distress Inks and how could I neglect my Stickles!! These Design Papers I have had for EVER, and finally got the chance to use them!! (I have quite a lot of those neglected papers)

Awww, just love this! I saw some word art over at TLC, (free by the way!) that said if raindrops were kisses I'd send every one to you or something like that anyway. Would be perfect for this adorable card!
