My card was made with the digital Stamp "Rose Butterfly" by Crissy Armstrong available at Whimsy Stamps. Our Challenge theme is "Sparkle and Shine" I left my card with very little embellishments as I wanted my focal point to be the Beautiful Butterfly, I did add a shiny sparkly butterfly on the bow, cute huh??

My image was colored with Copic Markers and I wanted some deep colors, I went with some Basic Grey papers and some ribbon. Don't forget you can still play along at Sunday's with Crissy!! Thank you for your visit and for your sweet comments!!

Kaonee...

Hello and welcome to my Blog, Happy Weekend...Today is a sunny Day here in Los Angeles, very nice weather to be outdoors!! I think I will do some gardening this afternoon, I need to go pick up some new plants from the Nursery, did I mention that 2 of my uncles own Nursery's, so what ever I don't find in one I can just drive a few miles to the other one and whats better than giving the business to your family!

Today I want to share a card made with a stamp from Stamp Enjoy... This is Kaonee et son lapin (French) available at Stamp Enjoy Shop. I colored my image with Distress Inks, added a few flowers (some of my favorites). The white flower is a chip board flower, I painted it with Distress Crackle Paint and I really like the look.

I left my card with no sentiment, ready for any occasion. Thank you for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comments!!

Sentiment Cards..

Hello Welcome to my Blog...It's gloomy outside, I love this kind of weather not too cold and definitely not hot! It's Friday and that means I will probably get some craft time tonight, really looking forward to it!!

I want to share two cards I made a few days ago, just had not had time to post, with the kids back in school I am starting to get back in my routine and catch up on things. My cards were made with the New Digi Inspirational Sentiments from Whimsy Stamps.

I left my cards really simple and just added a touch of color to each one, used some embossed folders to give them extra texture that way they wont look too white..

I really liked making these cards using a sentiment and no image, these are my first ones I make and definitely not my last.

Thank you for visiting my Blog and for your sweet comments, Have a wonderful Friday!!

Decorated Box....

Hello and Welcome to my blog, Today I have a cute box I made with my Martha Stewart Score Board. This is my first time using it and will definitely won't be my last! I covered my box with Tim Holtz papers, I inked the edges of all my paper pieces with Distress Ink. I used various stamps from Stamp Enjoy, all stamped using Distress Ink.

I filled the box up with one of my all time favorite chocolates, Hershey's Kisses. I added some cute flowers, distressed ink all around the petals and some other cute embellishments. I really enjoyed making this box and putting it together. I made it like in 2 hours, the kids were acting really good and I had some time to myself!!

I have a lot of pictures to share with you, hope you enjoy them. They are from different angles of the gift box.

Thanks for your visit and for your sweet comments!!
